Khalil Jaouni is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur, based in Dubai. He started his career at Accenture and Andersen, where he served, over a 15-year period, many of the leading companies in the MENA region. He held partner positions in the latter 4 years in the firm, in-charge of the financial service and customer solutions practices. He participated in the development of the first electronic stock exchanges in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. He led transformation programs at leading companies in the region. In the mid 1990s, he worked for 2 years in the Andersen Consulting offices in London serving clients such as JP Morgan. In 2003, Khalil moved on to establish CariZMa as a leading service provider in the customer solutions and people development sectors. His 25-year career spanned clients in financial services, telecom, and technology, among others, working on strategy development, operations improvement, IT transformation, customer relationship management, HR strategy, and talent development. Khalil is an honors graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, Maryland (USA).
